Terms of Use

Welcome to Check Replay. By using our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, we recommend that you do not use our services.

2.1. Accounts are individual and non-transferable. Sharing credentials is prohibited.
2.2. Each account can be used on up to two (2) different devices.
2.3. A linked device can be replaced once (1) every 30 days.

3.1. Hand histories uploaded to the platform are deleted from our database immediately after being displayed on the user's screen.
3.2. When sharing a hand, it will be stored in our database solely for the purpose of generating a private link.
3.3. Only users with the private link will be able to access the shared hand.
3.4. Shared hands will be displayed in a list on the user's profile.
3.5. Users can delete any shared hand at any time, removing it from our database and making the link inactive.

4.1. Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.
4.2. Examples of misuse include, but are not limited to:
- Sharing an account with third parties;
- Exploiting platform vulnerabilities to gain unfair advantages;
- Sharing other users' confidential information without permission.

5.1. Check Replay offers a 7-day free trial for new users.
5.2. After the trial period, users can continue using the platform’s free features. To gain unrestricted access, a subscription plan is required.
5.3. Payments are processed securely, and users may cancel their subscription at any time, subject to specific refund terms, if applicable.

6.1. Check Replay reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, notifying users through the platform.
6.2. Misuse of the platform may result in account suspension or termination.
